We create custom-designed posters with printing and framing handled in-house for a complete, ready-to-hang experience. Here’s how the process works:
The client sends an inquiry along with their ideas, size preferences, style inspiration, or purpose of the poster (e.g. interior decor, event signage, gift, etc.). Based on the brief, we’ll provide a price estimate and timeline.
Once the client clicks “Accept” on the estimate, it confirms agreement with our full workflow and terms. The project officially begins.
We’ll develop a custom poster design based on the client’s vision.
Includes 3 rounds of revisions:
Round 1: Ideas & Layout Suggestions
Round 2: Develop Selected Idea
Round 3: Final Digital Design
Note: Additional rounds or major changes (over 25% of the final design) will be charged as an extra round. A new estimate will be issued for approval.
Once the final design is approved, the final invoice will be sent.
We will handle the complete printing and framing process. The finished poster will be carefully packaged and shipped.
Please allow 7–10 business days for production and delivery after payment.
As mentioned above (step 2): changes exceeding 25% of the final design will be counted as an extra round and charged at 25% of the previous estimate. A new estimate will be sent for approval before moving forward.
If the client cancels after design work has started, a cancellation fee will apply based on the work completed:
Round 1: 25% of price estimate will be charged
Round 2: 50% of price estimate
Round 3: 75% of price estimate
After printing process: 100% of price estimate
