Hu Tieu Sai Gon

In Saigon, you don’t need a fancy restaurant to find something good. Just walk a block at night, and you’ll see it: a small street cart, two or three low tables, a few red plastic stools — and the smell of hot broth in the air.

Hủ tiếu is one of those quiet street meals. A bowl of noodle soup with a few slices of pork. Nothing fancy, just warm and quick — perfect for late-night workers, students, or anyone passing by.

We hardly find those vendors today so this illustration is to keep the memory alive: A Bowl, a Cart, a City at Night.
