In preparation for their 2021 event, Finland Ice Marathon team in Kuopio invited me to create a set of visuals to support their logistics and visitor experience. The project included three versions of a custom race map — adapted for print, LED screen display, and web use.
I illustrated also different ice skating poses for a set of event signage (used in public notice boards and safety rule displays around the venue).
The project took one full month to complete, as planning the detailed map layout for such a large-scale, outdoor venue required extra care and coordination.
