On-site Painting Workflow

(applied for holiday window painting and wall painting)

 

Step 1: Initial Consultation & Price Estimate

  1. Client Meeting: Let’s talk and understand your needs, goals, and vision for the window (or wall) painting. Better meeting at the site. We will also take measurements and gather any specific requirements.

  2. Price Estimate will be sent to your via email, including: 

    • Design rounds (3 rounds as detailed below)

    • On-site painting

    • Materials and labor

    • Any additional costs

  3. Once you click "Accept" on the estimate, it confirms their agreement to the entire workflow and terms outlined below, and the project will officially begin.

 


 

Step 2: Design Process (includes 3 rounds)

Round 1: Ideas & Layout Suggestions

  • We will provide initial design concepts and layout suggestions based on your input.

  • You will review these options and provide feedback.

Round 2: Develop Selected Idea

  • Based on your feedback from Round 1, we will refine the selected idea and present an updated design.

  • You will review the developed idea and provide further feedback.

Round 3: Final Digital Design

  • After incorporating your feedback from Round 2, we will finalize the design digitally.

  • Once approved, no further changes will be made, and we will proceed to the painting phase.

Note: If you request changes exceeding 25% of the final design at this stage, it will be treated as a 4th feedback round and additional charges will apply.

Additional Feedback Policy:

  • If you request a 4th round of feedback or significant revisions beyond the 3 included rounds, an additional fee of 25-40€ will apply, depending on the scope of changes.

 


 

Step 3: On-Site Painting

  1. Scheduling: We will agree on a date for the on-site painting.

  2. Preparation: On the scheduled date, we will bring all materials and prepare the area for painting.

  3. Painting: We will execute the painting based on the final approved design.

  4. Final Inspection: After completing the painting, we will conduct a final inspection with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.

 


 

Step 4: Payment & Completion

  1. Final Invoice: We will send the final invoice upon completion of the painting.

  2. Follow-Up: If needed, we will provide maintenance tips or touch-up services.

 


 

Extra Charges

  • The price estimate covers up to 3 design rounds. Requests for changes exceeding 25% of the final design in Round 3 will be treated as a 4th round. An additional fee of 25-40€ will apply depending on the scope of changes.

Cancellation Policy

If the project is canceled for any reason after signing the agreement:

  • After round 1: 10% of price estimate will be charged

  • After round 2: 30% of price estimate

  • After round 3: 50% of price estimate
